Is it normal I have a cousin who is dumber than a can of Turtle Wax car polish? No shit the fucker is a dimwitted lump. Don't get me started, I need to watch my blood pressure.

my cousins are 14 and 10. they do exceptionally well in school, BUT theyre so dim witted. everytime I ask the a question they go WHHAAAA. like when I said it loud and clear. they don't know how to use a fork and knife properly, and when you point stuff out to them, they NEVER see it. there's something slow about them. they are the most well-behaved kids I have ever known, and they are popular in school, and are top of their class. but there is just something dull and dim-witted about them. i am afraid more and more kids are becoming that way.
I bet you any money my cousin is dumber... The bastard is a communist and believes Stalin was a hero. His idea of an awesome movie is Movie 43... He works a minimum wage job, looks like a dork, acts like a dork, pretends he is rich, even tho he is broke af and constantly begs me for money for a "business idea". His business idea being betting on football games... You can't get any dumber than that.
Also don't insult turtle wax... It's not the best car wax, I would never use it on my cars, but it'll get the job done.
