Is it normal i have never met a gender non-binary person?

At least that I know of. You hear about it constantly on the internet, but I just realized I haven't even met one person in real life who told me they identify as anything other than man or woman (most simply do not say anything about it). I have met one trans person who identifies as male, and it also was the only time I was genuinely confused about their gender (not instinctively perceive them as either male or female), before their transtition.

Yes, because most people have their shit together. It's only a rare few who cant get it together.

Usually non-binary people are actually just chicks with short haircuts who like attention and occasionally procure splotchy beards but you can still tell they're chicks.

I've met about 20-30 non binary people so far. Maybe it depends where you live. The majority of them are around 13-20 years old. Being non binary is so common now with Gen Z, it's like a trend 😑

Non-binary people are a relatively new trend, while transgendered and gay people have existed throughout history. That's really all you need to know to understand it's just attention seeking.

There were a few in my sixth form but I haven’t knowingly met one since 2014, they’re not that common outside of concentrated groups online.

Ive never seen a trans person with my own eyes. But I was decent friends with a guy at the skatepark who came from a shitty home and would stay the night at everyones house because he was basically homeless and an addict. He could get any drugs at any time so I would go get him back then. He always had mental illness and fuckin loved attention. He was out there foreal. He got shot a few times and is fucked up cant balance good he had to stop skating. But anyway this dude went transgender out of nowhere. He posted it on his facebook and everyone thought it was a joke. But he was serious. He uploaded pics of him in a wig and everything. He then tried to detransition a few years later but then transitioned back. His baby momma said on his facebook "your daughter will never know her "dad"" His mom who I knew well hated it too and was furious. I quit talking to him about a year prior to going trans because of a favor I refused to do for him.

He was actually a huge piece of shit from head to toe but thats the only person ive ever heard of that I knew that did that.
