Is my relationship with this girl normal? I’ve been best friends with her since I was 5 and we’ve spent a good 350 or so days out of every year for the past 15 years as we were neighbors. We’ve never said we’re dating but I kissed her once when I was 9 and we’ll cuddle while watching shows and stuff. I still think of her as my best friend and though we’ve both been single while we’ve known each other i don’t think I’ve ever loved her. Is this normal?

    Don't worry, I'm in the same boat. It's completely normal to be very close to someone you've known, grown up with, and have been friends nearly your entire life. The fact that you two cuddle isn't weird, it just shows how comfortable you two are around each other. What you have is a completely normal, long-term friendship going.

      Agreed. Little kids kiss each other once on a while. It's nothing to worry about.

      You and your gf have a normal deep friendship with each other. Normal.
