Is it normal i like to shake my cat and give her noogies?

My cat will be laying next me and I can't help just grabbing her back and shake her. She makes the cutest noise but when she turns around and gives me the death glare, I stop. I also give her noogies and while I'm doing to I'll say "Noooooggiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeee" and prolong the word as long as I'm doing it. IIN?

    My cats love their heads rubbed so I give them somewhat of a noogie and they just love it. But the shaking eh not that good.
