Is it normal i lost all bladder control and dont know what to do?

I believe I contracted a very severe UTI. I have lost all control of my bladder. I keep wetting myself at random and I have went through 5 pairs of underwear in one night. This also sucks since I dont have very many pants. I have looked up the symptoms of UTI and it has said that it might cause loss of bladder control and wetting yourself. I have medical insurance(its my mothers since I am under 26) to go to the doctor but dont know if ill be able to pay for meds if they send me to the pharmacy.

I usually have money but this week I am low on cash. What should I do? I am running out of underwear and I cant really stand long enough to do anything without pissing all over myself. So I cant really do laundry. What should I do? This happened after I had been sick for several days. I was not eating and switching between diarrhea and constipation. I believe I caught a bug but it seems to have given me a UTI. I have to pee every 20 minutes. When I get the urge its very strong and just kind of like my bladder explodes and everything comes running down. This is very annoying and humiliating since I am an adult.

    Good thinking. Don't get medical attention, just go into kidney failure and die of a completely treatable problem

    Sounds like you have a UTI. I get them all the time and bladder control is one of the symptoms. Getting treated is just a simple course of anti-biotics, if you have medical insurance it will probably be subsidized. Drink A LOT of water and get the cranberry pill supplements from a grocery store in the meantime.

    Well usually a UTI makes it so you can't go. But, if you really have a UTI and you do nothing about it, when your kidneys shut down, your problem will be solved on its own. But you will be dead. There are a number of home remidies to deal with UTI that do not require antibiotics. I don't think you have a UTI so go and see the doctor to get a real diagnosis then you can deal with the cure.

    Stuff your underwear with paper towels. Go to a homeless shelter to ask them how to get free medical care.
