There's not a big difference there anyway

Because there’s an actual difference between the two at that age lol.

I don't remember 25 and 30 being much different. How does it feel like things have changed?

God, I wish I was like you. I'm 33 but I feel like I'm 80. But, I went through medical and psychological hell in my life, including cancer and PTSD. So, for you...you are absolutely normal. I wonder if I'm normal?

Having battled cancer and PTSD at the age of 33 isn't normal, but the fact you were able to get through makes you sound like a total badss!

Also, do you pronounce your username as "sweet one" or "swee tone"?

It's only a 5 year difference, so I'd say normal. I don't feel any different physically than I did 5 years ago at age 22, though I've emotionally matured since then.

    I’m 26 and simultaneously feel 17 and 70. I don’t think there’s a “normal” way to be a young adult anymore.

I'm 19 but I still feel like a 12 year old inside of me.

I would suggest having a closer look at your birth certificate. If it still reads that you’re 30 then you might want to contact birth registry, it could well be a typo.

Thought and felt like I was 18 to 20 until I got to 37. That was when I first realized I couldn't do some of the things I could when I was younger.

To be fair, I had recently gotten remarried, to very laid back person, recovered from a major accident 3 years earlier, and broke my leg the yr I turned 37. So I noticed healing took longer, I wasn't as active as I used to be, and had really cut back on alcohol and partying.

Physically aside from my stomach issue I feel no different than I did at 18. I'm athletic and I can run and do whatever. Hasnt been diminished.

But I feel like an old man in the way of how I think like a boomer. Even tho I'm in my early 30s Ive experienced a lot. Ive gone from being really poor to having money and got off drugs and all these things so I look at things a different way.
