Is it normal i'm afraid of losing my teeth?

So lately Ive been super scared of losing my teeth when I get older. My grandma and basically every other older person has lost his/her teeth and I hate the idea of losing my teeth. I am seriously to the point where I'm too scared of aging. It was never a big issue until recently. I don't know why.. I don't mind the gray hair, the wrinkles, the skin damage..It's just the idea of losing my teeth that scares he hell out of me! Is it normal? what do you think?

Yes! I found out I have early stages on gingivitis. So now I brush, floss, and rinse every single day! Your dental health can affect the rest of your body as well.

I am super concerned about my teeth. When i realized i had been brushing my teeth incorrectly for all my life and saw the gum recession it caused, i was and still am super concerned. I can think of few things worse to me than losing my teeth. I obsess about it way too much but some worrying about your teeth is normal. Almost everyone i know has had nightmares where their teeth fall out. Try not to worry too much.

Well, I hope you don't smoke!! Maybe the oder folk you know did and that's why they've all lost their teeth.
When I'm worrying about somethin, I dream about losing my teeth - but I just put it down to the fact that I had a brace when I was a teenager and they are very important to me too.

Don't smoke, brush and floss twice a day and visit the dentist regularly.

    Good luck!
