Is it normal i'm afraid to comment for this reason?

My account has been banned a few times and I just don't want to risk another ban. Is it normal to think about only commenting anonymously on my posts for this reason? And don't comment on other posts, even if there`s a chance my advice or opinions can help the poster? Is it that serious? Or am I overreacting?
Sorry :'( I'm nervous even posting this question.

    There are some really mean people on here that never seem to get banned, I feel like if you have a new account and post anything controversial they ban it.

    The only people who get banned are the desperate virgins who post nonstop about sex, and stupid-assholes (for which i'll admit to being banned 100s of times before).
    you don't really strike me as either from this post but most likely you are acting innocent right now, and fall into the former category..correct?
