Is it normal, i'm freaking out!

I have a how-to speech coming up on thursday. Basically, I have to go up there and teach the class how to do something (hence how-to) The presentation has to be 3-5 minutes long. I have NO idea what I'm going to do, and it's due on thursday!!!! I'm freaking out, I'm not good with people...... Any ideas? It's not that I procrastinated, I just got this project today. (on the how-To speech) It has to be something I can do in front of the class and won't be too complicated for someone to learn. Thanks!

pick something simple that you already know how to do.

Just think of things that first take you about 3-5 minutes.

For example you could do some simple origami [origami hats for something or those little fornute telling things]

how to draw something simple like drawing in perspective
[[its a lot easier than it sonds and you can demonstrate with a big piece of paper or a writing board]]

-put a dot in the middle of the paper and draw all the lines going towards it ie roads houses and things

I would offer more suggestions depending on the ages of the being being demonstrated to.

  • Pretty easy answer to this quandary. Give a how-to speech on masturbation. I am assuming the topic was left up to each individual as you didnt list one, so you can easily fill the 3-5 mins required just by talking about it. OR conversely you could give a hands-on (pun intended) demonstration to everyone. That alone should fill the 3 mins.
