Is it normal i need to refresh captchas until i find one i can read?

If you're not familiar, CAPTCHAs are those boxes that appear when you're signing up for something on the internet where you have to enter the words to prove you're human.

I hate it when it rejects what I enter. How dare the internet suggest i'm not human! Sometimes I need to refresh the stupid things five or six times until I can actually read one. IIN? Am I the only one?

    I hate it too as I frequently find myself refreshing the thing just to get one that is readable. I really dislike it because you'll be able to see most of the letters and then right at the end, they'll throw a wacky symbol at you to mess with ya, haha.

    Normal. I hate those things. My eyesight's bad so I rarely get 'em right the first time. Why do you torture me Internet?

    It's normal. Some of them are so hard to read and I really hate when they stick symbols in there that I can't type!

    I'm young. With 20-20 vision but still sometimes those things are unreadable!

    They used to be easy but I agree, lately I can hardly read them at all and have to refresh like 6 times, and usually I'm still unsure about it....Never got one wrong though....

    One time they gave me some letters and a pi symbol... now someone please tell me where the heck the pi symbol is on a typical keyboard -_-

      Maybe they wanted you to type the letters pi? :)

      or Google pi and copy and paste π

      Also you could hold down the windows key and press R, type in charmap then find your symbol...copy then paste. That's probably what they wanted you to do. =D

          No I'm not! xD I Googled pi and read how to find it on Yahoo Answers...but now I know! I'll probably forget b/c I remember I did it a long time ago. ^.^

    try again. I might be more likely to fall for it in about .. I don't know how you measure time, I use plank's time. It's more precise.
