Is it normal i only visit some websites on certain days?

For many sites I frequent, I only go on them on a certain day of the week. Also it's common for me to visit them, say, exactly once a week every week. Normal or not?

    I used to visit IIN aswell as other sites daily but in the past week i've just been too busy with the course im on (yeah socialising with other people like a normal human. go me haha.) by the time I get home and finish paperwork I really can't be bothered to do anything but lay down and listen to music

    hmmm...I'm not quite sure. It's not abnormal to not visit your favorite websites every day, so I suppose it's normal. My only worry would be whether you feel as if you HAVE to limit the amount of time you spend on these websites to once a week. If it's not a compulsion, it's totally normal.
