Is it normal i really want churches to be taxed?
After reading about it online it's quite obvious I'm not the only one, but I want to do anything I possibly can to make this a reality. Any suggestions?

I say keep religion out of the government and government out of religion.
So far the government has stayed out of religion (except when laws are broken), which is more than I can say for religion staying out of government.
I'm sorry but I've been in some VERY poor churches and so I don't want them taxed
Churches are more of a business these days ... They make tons of $$$$ and very little goes to help the poor , food pantries , etc
They build these multi million dollar "Churches" etc ... and still can't afford to do more for those in need ....
Just look at what some of the pastor / minister of these larger religious organizations make ... look at THEIR homes and cars and boats etc ...
So many churches also are getting involved in politics .. disregarding the "Separation of Church and State" ... and I believe that IF they want to become politically involved ; let them pay TAXES ...
I guess I agree. Overseas missions are nice. Although, it pisses me off when I hear of pastors taking vacations. Whose money was that?
