Is it normal i refuse to use ve,ver pronouns to refer to a woman?
There's a woman at my new job she's female but she denies that saying she's not female or male 🤦♀️ and her pronouns she made clear are ve,ver, vis.
I don't believe that garbage but with that said I do have another non binary coworker who goes by they/them and I try to use they/them sometimes when talking of her to other coworkers but talking to her/them today I said "Jen told me to tell you she's getting the box in the back for the ornaments" my they/them coworker said "just correcting you it's "ve" so it's "ve's getting the box not she's" so because this was the third time she's/they corrected me throughout the day I kindly told her/them I'm too old for that childish stuff and to please stop. She/they told the woman Jen who goes by ve/ver/vis that I'm using she/her pronouns and she's now being so unnecessarily rude to me it's unbelievable.
I'm way too old for this garbage. Is it normal I refuse to use these baby pronouns that these 18 year olds are using?
