Is it normal i see short lines from light source

Is it normal that when I look on streetlamp which is located far enough, I see short lines coming from it. Something like "starburst vision" but much less. It looks like ring made of short rays/lines. Looks like a star, not same, I just don't know how to express it. Is that normal?
