Is it normal i sleep in a coffin
The velvet inside looked comfortable to me so I bought a coffin to sleep in. I choose to sleep in it because of the advantages of that it makes it very dark and blocks out noise. I'm no freak so don't judge me.

The air would get stale and you'de start coffin
where's herman? yeah, he's dead asleep.
Is he recovering from the accident ok? No, he's on his death bed.
Say that's a nice bed. A Sealy posthumous-pedic?
Maybe you are a VAMPIRE! Just kidding! I voted normal because everyone likes different things, so everyone is normal.
I think it's not just normal, but AWESOME! Has I been customly modified? Does have a built in ventilation/AC unit? Built in stereo? A latch and handle on the INSIDE so you won't have to worry about being trapped? An actual mattress (or something) instead of what is normally used in funeral coffins? Cause what they normally put in coffins isn't really meant for sleeping... And I don't think it'd be that comfy... Wish I had a custom built coffin bed... It'd be fun to sleep in... Hmm, I think I will buy one some day...
This post pleases my inner goth. My inner goth envies your bedroom decor.
Have you ever watched NCIS?
Abby once explained why she slept in a coffin. IIRC it was because it's the coffin she intends to use once she eventually passes away, and she wants to have her final sleep be in something personal and familiar ... vs being laid to rest in something cold and clinical etc.
and yes, i'm assuming this is "lid-up" since modern coffins are air-tight due to health concerns.
I think sleeping in a coffin is awesome and I would love to sleep in a coffin aswell, they're cosy-looking and they do look comfy and they would be dark and quiet and it would just be nice
its what you buy but do not want its what you use but do not want its what you rest in but do not want. what am i?
also sounds like the story of Dead-Eye Jack, had one eye and always slept in a coffin. one day, he went to sleep in it and didn't wake back up. no need to put you in a coffin when you die, you will already be in one! way to think ahead! lol
I voted not normal only cause I dont hear of it that often, except for vampires and goths. Sounds awesome though! Do you sleep with the lid open or shut? and if shut, it has openings for air right?
Heck ya! You will be prepared and you can take a little bit of home with you after life!
I actually know someone who has slept in a coffin (with the lid up). She said it was pretty comfy.
How many people do you know that sleep in a coffin. OP?
You shouldn't need us to tell you it's not normal.
You may get mistaken for a troll if you aren't one for asking something so unusual.
That is sound logic though. I also require darkness and silence in order to sleep properly, but I would have a space issue since I usually sleep spread out over the whole bed.
I hope you can still sleep in a bed though for when you go on holiday.
