Is it normal i sometimes dream in a video game format

Like my dreams will act like a video game. Sometimes I see the actual monsters from video games I've played, but also other things like having health bars/stats and partaking in boss battles or some type of mission. The dreams follow video-game mechanics and feel similar but its "real". Its not every time but it has happened a few

    I had this dream where I was at the Global Terminal while scrolling through the newest 30 battle videos and I could hear voices of trainers speaking in other languages.

    Me too. Sometimes I hear a weird mashup of the game music in my dream.

    I had a video game type dream last night. I think they’re pretty common if you play games.
