I usually have a shower everyday, but sometimes I'm just not bothered and go through phases where I don't shower for a few days straight.
People definitely shower more often than needed nowadays, showering every 2-3 days is fine (maybe 4 days). I wouldn't say 5 days though.
More than one day without is quite gross regardless. Once a day should be acceptable but it depends on your activity level. I take 3 a day but am very active. What you do is gross ASF tho....
If you lock yourself in your room play video games all day. Eat chips and jerk off with your cheetoh dust fingers. Take loads of shits your toilet. and don't clean anything. And sleep in the same bed. YOU sir are one nasty motherfucker.
But if you worked 16 hours everyday for an entire week thats a different story.
You should probably shower at least every other day, if not for you then the people around you.
I don't go for five days without even a golden shower, so it is not normal
