Is it normal i still like lisa frank

When i was little I loved loved LOVED LISA FRANK:) ohhh, everything lisa frank. my notebooks, my backpack, my accessories was nothing but lisa frank. Im 25 years old (tee hee) and I still watch in awe at the colors the vibrant colors of lisa frank, especially the ponies

I get slightly jealous at all the varities little girls have nowadays, monster high, my LITTLE PONY:), hello kitty. When i was younger, i wouldve been the QUEEN if my parents could have afforded these things. I wouldve had a happy childhood.
But instead i ended up raised in some ghetto trailer parks. But sgtil, i loved me some LISA FRANK:) I remember stealing some stickers once

IIN? Is this childish?

If you felt deprived as a child I would say that you're quite normal in your current obsession.

    • No even disregardding the fact that i was deprived as a child, the artwork in itself is very magical...like i could stare at the lisa frank for couple minutes and be I entertained.

I just dont know if being in awe at lisa frank at my age (25) is normal? Or do we grow out of it.

Im sure you had some childhood obsession that still capturs you??

When I was a little girl I loved dinosaurs, ancient civilizations, Greek myths, ballet, grasshoppers & crickets, and spending time with my dog, Diamond. She was a great dog!

Ha sounds horrible. I grew up in the 90s but in the UK - guessing the fad didn't cross the Atlantic.

It sounds horrible, but then I find that extra-girly, cutesy stuff vomit inducing anyway, being a grumpy man.

its normal for one to still enjoy things from their childhood. I still play my Super Nintendo and I still like to watch ed edd n eddy.

and also to like things that are cute.

Yes, she is. You didn't know that she's a real person?

I was just kidding around, but it's true. The founder and CEO of Lisa Frank Inc. is actually named Lisa Frank. I think she's 59 or so.

hehe, i almost bought some lisa frank notebooks the other day for college. thought it'd look too childish, so i went with some sparkly glitter ones instead.. xD
but srsly i've always loved lisa frank, hello kitty is good too. MLP has nice art/designs but i'd be afraid of its.. erm, connotations.. :s

    • OMG I love heello kitty too. I see that their colors are very dainty yet complimemtary on their pastel shades. They have taupe matte teal with a blush pink, colors that are npot too extravagant, yet complimentary

Lisa Frank i suspect sparks my childhood imgination. They remind me of the creative thoughts i would have when i would look at their pictures. I would envision stories, tales, just endless imagination.

I guess as an adult i miss thast. as an adult i am supposed to think rationally, devoid of childlike free spirited imagnation, but lisa frank sparks that:)
