My family always complains I take long in the bathroom. In the shower, I only take 15 minutes. However, on the toilet I take 30 minutes.

Is it normal to take a 30 minute dump every time?

    That length of time in the shower is normal but taking 30 minutes to have a shit means you're constipated - improve your diet and drink more water

    So....is that 30 mins actually trying to shit or do you prep and read on the toilet? Because I had a friend who says they're so busy during the day that the only them time they get is when they're shitting, so they make it an event, music, books, podcasts etc haha
