Is it normal i think my cat is human?

I think my cat was a human in his past life. Every time he walks in on me doing something weird, he just looks at me strangely. I mean he really stares me down. I feel like he judges me when I am drunk (like I am now) but even when I am sober I believe he judges me when he walks in on me doing stuff. Like when I masturbate and he walks in on me, it's like he knows exactly what I am doing and looks at me with hate and disgust.
I have another cat who doesn't behave in this way at all. She's always happy to be around me, never stares me down and just loves me.
IIN? I know this is a weird question. I am seriously not trolling. I hold my hands up to being drunk right now (you have no idea how long it has took me to write this all out correctly) but I am suspicious of him when I am sober and it makes me feel crazy. I think he knows more than a cat should and that he's a human but in a cat, kind of.

You're looking at the cat and anthropomorphising its actions. It's not a person, it's a cat. It's silly to assume it's judging you when you're doing something weird simply because it stares at you. I think that's a case of overactive imagination ya got there :)

    • I admit my imagination is overactive. Always has been.
Thank you for not throwing the term "schizophrenia" at me like everyone else has. They clearly don't even know what it is.

You're welcome. There is a lot of ignorance regarding mental illnesses so some people are quick to diagnose the extreme.

Have you ever had a cat before? They always look like they are judging you. And alcohol increases this effect.

    • No, these are the first two cats I have ever had. It's just one of them looks at me weirdly.

Glad to see my robotic spy cats are making it around the world.
If I can sell another 6,000,000 units I'll have the biggest data collection network in the world!

It took many years to perfect the technology to convert cat food into electricity to power them and coding the software that emulates cat behaviour was a nightmare.

Your cat is a product of the latest biomechanical and computer technology and your individual unit (S/N: 43,181,998) is programmed to record footage of it's master fapping and upload it to YouTube when it's hard drive is full.

Your other cat, a real one, is also being monitored by 43181998 for improvements to the behaviour algorithm. You can expect 43181998 to behave more naturally when the next patch is released.

    • Lol nice one.
"record footage of it's master fapping" Too bad I'm female, but go ahead and put it on the internet as long as I get a percentage of the money.

It's hard drive is not full yet, so I haven't had the opportunity to see the footage yet to find that out and just used 'fapping' as my usual slang.

The next patch is due around October, maybe I'll reconfigure it to sync weekly.

Your footage will be uploaded as 'non-profit', so no money for you then :(
I could make a better profit selling the secrets of government officials instead.

        • I'm moving out in two weeks and the cats are staying at the family home. So yes you may have to sync it weekly to catch me masturbating.
Trust me darling, people will want to pay to watch me. Profit for both of us.

So you're saying that folks in third world countries are more likely to take judgemental cats seriously???

Hahaha never seen a 'judgemental cat' I dont think cats are so inteligent to think that masturbating is supposed to be bad or good (it'll depend on your opinion). But if the post was about dogs (which are way much more inteligent than cats) I would believe.. but wouldnt run away from reality.
If the person who wrote the post thinks their cat is thinking something about him, so will it be... if he is indifferent about what his cat thinks the cat will feel indifferent. Most of the times we see what we want, not what it really is!
Thats the reason why there are so many different opinions in the world... and religion.

Well if it's a muslim cat maybe he thinks masturbation is evil.

I hope you aren't one of those people who throw the term "schizophrenia" around because that's quite offensive. It's not a disease to be joked about.

Sounds like you're the one being judgemental of your cat.

I don't know all the symptoms of schizophrenia, but if you've ever thought the cat was talking to you, you're probably schizophrenic. All cats stare at you, it's how they communicate. Every cat I've ever known stares at me with those big eyes..it's just what they do.

There are a lot of things that cause people to hallucinate other than schizophrenia, so you probably shouldn't jump to conclusions, especially since the OP hasn't said anything about the cat talking to them.

    • I didn't mention anything about my cat talking. And yes, I am pretty clued up on schizophrenia thank you. I don't understand why schizophrenia is being brought up since it is nothing like it. I just said my cat stares at me judgmentally. Don't let the first unintelligent dick head who mentioned schizophrenia influence your answer please.
