Is it normal i tickle the inside of my nose and play with my nose hair

I am 31 years old and I have been playing with my nose for about 26 years I find myself doing it not even thinking about it I love the ticklish feeling of using a toothpick to move the nose hairs around inside my nose it make me feel so calm and relaxed I can't fall asleep at night unless I am doing it I feel like I'm the only one in the world that does this.

    I’m 25 and have been doing this only for the past 2 years or so. It started with me using the rings on my fingers to play with my nose hairs. Then I started to use my Juul device, I like to go around the inside of my nose, like the sides of nose and the rim. I use tweezers too and it gives it a more intense “tickle” which I like. It’s so weird just typing this out. You can be the most normal human being in the world and have the most bizarre habits that satisfy you!

    I tickle my nose every single day with my hair never met anyone who does this ive done it since childhood and am 25 and currwntly do it now problem is i can walk round a shop not realising am doing and people ask me if im picking my nose or if someone sees my hair there they will pull it away is this normal lol

    Stumbling along the internet looking for anyone else that does this. I am 29 and cannot kick the habit...i use arm hair or mustache hair to do it. And yes its something that usually calms me down and helps me go to sleep. My brother did this when he was young as well. Glad to know I am not the only one. My wife thinks its OCD...whatever

    Sometimes I play with my husband's nose hair. It only bothers him when I pull it out. It amuses me but I usually pay for it.

    I love plucking my nose hair but it's hard to do without looking like your picking your nose.

    if you use a toothpick, be careful not to get a splinter.
