Is it normal i wish i was a professional athlete?

They love playing sports and get paid a ton of money to have fun, get to hang out with celebrities and go to expensive classy events, and keep away diseases because they're always getting exercise from playing sports and as a result they're always in peak physical shape. It's a dream life.

the money would be the best for me at least but what if you get a career ending injury early on then what would you do?

The problem with fame is all the people that follow you around ALL THE FUCKING TIME.

I don't know about ''the dream life''. When something that ''glamorous'' seems that way, it usually isn't. There's always something hidden beneath the surface. But I'm not saying it isn't all bad, obviously. The money, and being in shape is obviously a good thing.

I kind of always wished I pursued baseball in high school, seeing as that was my only shot actually succeeding in a sport. I'd suggest that, if you're good at a sport, why not try out for a team?

If you can dream it, you can be it! BUT you can't just sit on the couch all day dreaming, lol. Get up and get busy! Find what type of sport you are into and take a few classes until you're really good at it. Then maybe someone will "discover" you and BOOM! No seriously, it's easier than you think.

If this is something you want, why aren't you doing it?
It may be a great deal of hard work, but with the desire, commitment and work it should be perfectly obtainable.
    Stop wishing and do.

I'm not sure about the "keep away diseases" part, but I can see why it's enticing. Personally, I'd rather just have the physique of an athlete.
