Is it normal i wonder why they still cant make a realistic animal toy

ok everyday you see these robot or animal toys that are suppose to be like a real animal , however nomatter how good they are and all the features they add you can steasl tell that they are fake ?we know so much about animals we know the anatomy of cats and dogs yet some reason we can not make simulated life ? I wonder why this is , is it something so magical what do animals have that we can not reporduce we can make artificial limbs , artificial organs , artificial plants ? however we cant make a realistic dog ?

    lol i say make the insides of the robot like a real animals insides like bones made of plastic/metal then make heart,liver,etc out of plastic/metal then program it with bending knees,arms,fingers,claws,paws,etc,etc :3 i just solved that easly

    I saw a dog lying sleeping in its bed and it appeared to be breathing - the belly would go up and down very slightly and it would grumble. I had to look pretty carefully at it to realize that it wasn't real - so I guess that they have managed to do (to some extent) what you thought was impossible.

    If they could make something realistic, it would probably be way too expensive to make, making the price for it way too expensive.
