Is it normal if i'm addicted to working out?

I've been working out since I was 14, so that's almost 6 years. The problem is I can't help but wanna get bigger and more fit. And no matter how long I've been working out and how much progress I've made, I still don't feel like I'm big enough. Everyone I talk to say I look buff, but I can't see that in my eyes. Is this normal?

That's not healthy, though, that's body dysmorphia. It isn't normal.

No, that's not normal. I suggest you talk to a psychiatrist or therapist about this.

If it's a constant obsession, it could be muscle dysmorphia. Just remember that there's nothing wrong with moderating how much you work out, and that steroids are never worth touching.

If you feel the sense of accomplishment after a while of working out you will actually want to keep doing it. I rode mountian bikes all summer last year because
      1. It was just so much fun!
      2. Im a photographer and there were so many awesome trails to stop and take pictures on
and 3. It was SO addicting! If you have pride in what you know you can accomplish then you shouldnt have a problem sticking to it after you see results. But alot of people quit to early thinking they'll see results from only the first few times.

I know a guy who's like that. And he is all obsessed with working out and losing weight. It's really sad because he is a pretty good looking guy and he works out 6 days a week and still doesn't see the results everyone else sees.

See a therapist if it takes over your life.

      I m one of them
I exercise for 1:30 hour everyday including Sunday
And I love sweating during my intense boxing exercises and I enjoy it more then watching movies or playing computer
