I am self conscious about my body even though I'm in decent shape. So I shower with my clothes on and work around them to wash up. In clothes, I mean my everyday clothes(collar shirt, pants, socks and shoes) I've been doing this for practically my whole life. Is this weird at all?
Kinda unhealthy... washing with shoe/ sock on not really get all the bad stuff off.

No. Besides, it would be much easier to bathe/shower while naked then clothed.
You don't need us to tell you that that is, clearly, not normal in the slightest.
It reminds me of a program I saw recently in which some asshole had a habit of showering with clothes on as a way of saving resources, as he was essentially showering and doing his laundry at the same time. I am not making this up.
I find it normal. It is worth it to take a bath or shower with clothes on because it feels so good :) I just did it today.

Well, think of it this way: if you keep your clothes on while you shower, is your body really clean? There's nothing wrong with showering without any clothes; I HIGHLY doubt there is anyone peeking through the window to see you in the bathtub.
But, I don't find you "retarded" or "unusual" in any way. Everyone is different, and we have to learn to respect that.
Its not very good for your skin to do that, you could get bacterial/fungi infections that can cause open sores then your body will look a lot worse then it does now.
Nobody's got a perfect body, I've got muscle atrophy on my legs back, neck and arms...and I can see my spine curve in the mirror. But I over come it with how my skin feels touch rather then look and its silky soft after a wash and body lotion.
Why not go to a massage therapist...seriously...you may think stripping off when your self conscious is the last thing you want to do...but they come across bodies of all shapes and sizes that they don't discriminate. Let them know your anxieties, but after a relaxing muscle massage your skin will feel fantastic and it'll boost your confidence when you see they don't judge you by the way you look...promise you :)
Sure I get that you're self-conscious about your body, but nobody is going to see you take a shower, only yourself, so what's the problem? Having your clothes on while you shower doesn't entirely keep you clean either besides maybe your hair if you're also not wearing a hat I hope. There's not much point taking showers then.
