Well, i know my english is so bad..so i wanna improve it in the school of english..at the first placement test, i get average level..but, when in the middle of the course,they evaluate my level and down grade to basic,i feel they play a marketing trick to me..well,put me in the higher level on the first to attract my attention,n then down grade me in the middle of study..
Im getting mad,but i cant do anything coz i hav paid them.. is it normal if i think like that???

    I agree with sassy

    But it could also be that the stuff they tested you on a second time was slighly harder. Or maybe you got your hopes up and gave yourself a false sense of security. Just keep studying and keep your head up. Goodluck!

    If you are concerned about it, the next time you register, shop around. Schools are businesses too.
