Is it normal if the opposite sex tends to ignore or dislike me?

All of my friends have been the same sex as I am. The opposite sex either ignores me or dislikes me for some strange reason. I feel like it may have something to do with the fact that I do not fit the attractiveness standards or if it's because of my quiet/reserved demeanor? Does anyone else have this experience?

    Quiet and unattractive is a hard combination to get girls with man. Only thing to do is find another quiet girl or start going to the gym and get your body right.

      I'm a woman... Also, working out isn't the solution to everything. I get that fitness is good and all but I know folks who aren't fit & still get dates.

        I've seen some guys go through metamorphosis when they go to the gym. You get better social skills plus you make gym buddies. Gyms are more than a place to work out the body.

          No one is socializing with each other at my local gym because of the pandemic lol

    Waiting around for people to approach you isnt working. Approach them first.
