Is it normal it keeps double posting everything?

This has happened about 5 times already. I have posted something and my computer posts it double or 3 times. Sometimes I do not always catch the issue in time. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue?

    especially with skype if you have desktop skype and metro skype both open then double posting is saddly common :(
