Is it normal: keep pushing glasses up nose when not wearing them...?

I often wear glasses when I'm staying in or can't be bothered to put contacts in, which is most of the time - I'm at Uni and tend to just roll out of bed to lectures lol.

But when I do put contact lenses in I keep forgetting I'm wearing them, and every so often I put my hand up to my face as if to push my glasses back onto it.

I feel silly, and probably look it too, when I randomly hit myself in the face.

Is it normal to do this? Anyone else experience this?

Thanks =)

    I do that, too. I don't know how normal it is, but it is probably because you are so used to doing it.

    Worse is when I try to put my sunglasses on without taking off my normal glasses first.

    Haha I think everyone who wears glasses does it! I have been wearing contact lenses for about 3 years now and I still do it time to time!
