I watch the t.v. regularly (digital reception sucks btw), and often see repeats of the same commercial over and over and over again. Is it normal that I start to repeat these commercials in a mocking way? Some of them are SO annoying and/or stupid. Does anybody else do this?
Me and you both. I think I only watch TV these days so I can roll my eyes at it. Most of the programmes are bad enough but adverts? It's like they're created for the mentally deficient. They deserve to be made fun of. And the people who create them deserve to be lined up and ridiculed because they must genuinely think we're all cretins.
If I want to watch anything, I record it so that I can fast forward through the ads - can't stand them!!

I did have an experience once when my son was about 6 yo and left alone watching tv. He came out to the front door and said in a funny voice,
"Would you like to consolidate all your loans into one easy payment? Telephone 0800 ...... today!!"
We laughed til we cried. That was it - no more ads for him, which is why I've been recording everything for the past 9 years!

Uk tv is like it's made for babies I mean the one for a freeview box has a squirrel with a squeaky voice go " ah so scaryyyyyyyyyy ahhhhhhhhhhhhh" for like ten minutes and it's just crap watch it on YouTube you see what I mean?
