Is it normal my body refuses to sleep alone?
It's my first year of college, and I'm a really bad sleepwalker. At home I always slept with my dog in the bed but now it's just me and my roommate, who's been my friend of four years, across the dorm.
Every night when I fall asleep I sleepwalk to his bed and try to climb in with him. He's definitely tired of me waking him up and trying to cuddle with him but I can't help it. I find it hilarious, he doesn't lmao
We tried blocking my path with stuff and tying my wrists to my bed but that just came with its own problems. I don't know if it's just my body freaking out at being alone or what but it's becoming a big deal
