Is it normal my cat rolls over if you hold it's butt?

My new 8-week-old kitten is very affectionate but still playful, and whenever I stroke it's short back it sticks it's butt up (which I know is normal) but if I keep my hand there then it rolls onto it's side or sometimes it's back, still being affectionate and wanting to be stroked but sometimes pawing playfully at your hand.

But anyway, is it normal my cat rolls over when I keep my hand on it's butt?

    That's creepy,
    But yes it's normal coz my cat if you pat her from her head to her tail she purrs rubs her head on the wall and rolls on the ground it's so cute!!
