Is it normal my coworkers often can't hear me, even when i shout?

This happened already at work today. I do work in a relatively noisy environment where people where ear protection, but its not like its super loud all the time. I often have to get in front of people to use sign language instead of talking because people dont hear me or cant hear what I say

you may not be speaking confidently enough. If you look like a shy type of person (bad posture / body language) people will notice that first and it’ll detract from whatever you’re saying.

Maybe your co worker is just focus in their job? Or just lazy to answer back

Mouth your words so people can read you lips, Also, develop hand signals for the essentials.

You have to learn to yell. I use to have to as well. It will wear on you and in normal conversations you'll be yelling
