Is it normal my dog can talk?

Ever since being a puppy, my dog has been able to talk. The problem is that he hasn't bothered to learn any new words and the only three he uses regularly are woof, bark, and howl.

Should I try getting him to conjugate irregular verbs?

    hahah sometimes my border collie grows like its saying hello. you should check out some talking dogs on youtube and maybe you can train your dog to do the same.
