Is it normal my dog throws up when i leave

I leave home everyday to go to work or school or whatever and sometimes I'm gone up to 10 or 12 hours. I leave him with plenty of toys and food and water and I always fill a Kong Toy with peanut butter or another treat. He even has his mom to play with. He is 2 years and his mom is 4. Someone told me that he probably throws up from separation anxiety. Could that be true? Also I found him on the streets about a year ago with his mom (who has a lot of problems of her own) so I don't know their history. I hope this is enough info. Is this normal? Btw it's not his food because I already switched it to a really high quality one.

    Aw :o( poor wee soul.

My dog sulks if one of us stays out overnight, and goes to sleep in their bedroom. If he really adores you it could just be anxiety. Don't give him proper beef bones from the butchers - this makes my dog sick.

yeh i agree that's so nice you took them off the street and into your home :) and also yes taking them to the vet is a good idea, better to be safe than sorry.
But yeah seperation anxiety does exist with animals as well as people.
I hope it sorts itself out. Poor doggies.
