Is it normal my friend had this dream?

One of my best friends (who is straight) was talking to me the other day and told me he had a dream and I was in it. I wanted him to tell me what happened, jokingly. And he just kept refusing to give me the details.. eventually he confessed. “Ok, I had a dream where you liked me, and I kind of liked you back..” Was kind of speechless but turned it into a joke and said “yeah that’s normal”… IS IT NORMAL?????

    I've had much worse dreams than that.

    You can't control your dreams, but it could be suggesting there is some underlying curiosity there. You don't say if you're gay or attracted to your friend, so I don't know if it's mutual.
