Is it normal my girlfriend would only wear short skirts and dresses?

By "short" I mean well above her knees. Exposing her lower and mid-thigh.

I mean to each their own, but I feel a little uncomfortable when she sits and they ride up in public. I feel it's awkward. Though I've never seen her underwear either, to be fair.

    Anytime I try to wear something short, I have wardrobe malfunctions. It’s too much for me to try and pay attention to my outfit.
