Is it normal my muscles are constantly twitching?

My muscles have been pretty much constantly twitching (pretty much any muscle in my body, mostly leg & arm area but sometimes deep in my stomach where it really hurts)
It feels like it comes on and off, like maybe 4-6 times in an hour it starts and my muscles twitch every few seconds, for a duration of 5-10 minutes at a time.

Idk if it's connected, but everybody has also suddenly been looking familiar to me, and I mean EVERYBODY. Here's a question about it:
