I just listened to a story on vitamins that talked abiut this. Riboflavin (b2) will turn urine deep yellow. Water won't dilute it as it is kind of like a dye.
Depends on were you are at most the time. Back when i worked at a sugar factory there was a gew areas were if you didnt drink gallons of water through your shift ypud pronably pass out or sonething. Anyways the guys there drink alot and it still comes out deep yellow. Just 2 hot there abd they are swaeting the wayer out
Yep vitamin B would do it. Most people think if some is good then more is better. Nope! Not with vitamins as your body will discard what you don't need. If your urine is dark yellow then your overdoing it and just making expensive urine. It's vitamin B-2 (riboflavin) that causes the color change in your urine.
I take a Jamieson multivitamin once a day and it contains 4.8 MG of b-2 which is 350% above the recommended daily allowance and my urine turns yellow after a short time.
Google RDA (recommended daily allowance) for vitamins as a guide.
Get a better multi vitamin because what you are taking isn't being absorbed, and you're pissing them out.
