Is it normal my vaginal discharge is dark brown

I have Polycystic Ovarian Disease and I haven't had a period in about a year but I've recently been getting brown discharge. Does anyone know what this could possibly mean?

    While brown vaginal discharge is typically normal before/during/after your menstrual cycle, if you haven't had it in so long, it's not good. Like stated above, brown discharge is a sign of old blood making it's way out of your body. You may want to see a doctor.

    It means you should have seen an endocrinologist long ago.

    Because you haven't menstruated in so long, the blood is old and discoloured.

    Go see an endo to talk about regulating your periods.
