Is it normal my whole family except me has poopbutt?

Poopbutt is when you fail to wipe and your butt is really itchy after. When i was little my mom used to wipe my butt, like everyone. She did one wipe on the outside, thats it. My butt always felt itchy and when I went in my bath, there was poop everywhere. There was poop stains in my underwear. Now that im older, i make sure its spotless and very clean. My family always has itchy butts and i smell a foul odour when im by then when they are done pooping. Is it normal that my family's butts are like this?
