Is it normal, normal that i can't change my profile pic?

I've been a member on here for awhile and I haven't had any problems with uploading a profile pic until now. A few months ago, I successfully uploaded a photo, but now when I try to change it I receive a message that says "Error". I've tried everything and it refuses to upload. I don't want to be stuck with the same profile picture forever. IIN?

    I've noticed that I'm only able to change my profile picture if I'm on my laptop. I haven't had any luck with my smartphone or tablet.

    Whatever picture you're trying to upload must be too ugly for IIN's servers, so I'm guessing it's a picure of your face. Upload a less horrific photo, something from the My Lai Massacre or the Holocaust

    Try this -

    upload to Facebook or wherever, and then copy the image from Facebook back on to your computer and try to upload that one.

    The file size error might just be because all the pictures you pick come from the same source, and they are all too big. Try a picture from a different source.

    Also, are you trying to upload the pic from your computer, phone, or touch pad? I can only load pics on my computer, the phone and touch pad wont let me.

      I've been trying to upload them from my computer, but the photo's were originally taken on my phone so the size shouldn't be that big.

    Yeah, it's been happening lately. And you also can't upload a picture that's overly big.

      Well, that's part of what the error says. But no matter what photo I pick, it still gives me that error.
