I shower every 4-7 days. Before you get grossed out I do wash my hair every 2-3 days or so and wash necessary parts with a washcloth every day and use deodorant. SO is it that weird if I don't take a shower for a week?
I miss a day or two a week... if I dont do anything that day. Its better for your hair not to wash it every day.
Some people just don't need to shower that often. I'm not one of those people, but I've met them.
I dont really care how it gets done, as long as you smell clean, and not that slapped on cheap perfume "clean", you're ok.
I'd say it's not exactly normal but if you have good hygiene and don't smell bad then there's nothing wrong with it.
Showering every day is weird. This every day bullshit that people feel is necessary is all in their head. Sure, some people live lives that require it but most do not. And I am not talking about people who think the gym is the only way to get exercise or those who live in insanely humid climates. People are weird about hygiene. I just wonder what the hell people are eating to make them smell so bad all the time. Seriously, overkill on the showers.
There's a trade off. If I don't shower every day, I'd have to do my laundry more often. As it is, I can get away with wearing the same thing for a week and not smell too bad.
There's the kind of people that need to take a shower every day. And then theres the kind of people that can shower once a week and still smell fine. You're fortunate to be in the last category.
