Is it normal not to wash your hands after a poo?

So I live with three flatmates, two of whom are a couple. They're randoms, I didn't know them before moving in, and we don't really socialise now, although they're nice enough. However, they are filthy - the kitchen and bathrooms are disgusting (we don't have a living room). That I can just about deal with, but NONE OF THEM wash their hands after pissing or crapping.

I know this because the toilet (no sink) and bathroom (with sink) are separate and as any Londoner can empathise, the walls are paper thin. This BUGS THE HELL out of me and makes me not want to touch anything in the communal areas. The couple are interracial, English and Saudi, and the other flatmate is an Australian guy. None of us knew each-other prior to moving in (except the couple, obviously). The fact they are all from different countries makes me wonder if not washing your hands after pooing is normal? I dunno, I'm hardly a hygiene freak but I just find this really bizarre and disgusting.

    Oh dear, maybe forgetting to wash after a piss can be forgiven, a shit is a completely different matter.

    I only wash when I'm working, am a guest or have obvious pee/poop on the hand

    I would kick them out in an instant. I do not tolerate messy room mates. Why do you put up with this?

    Because you like the taste of hot fudge when you forget to wash your hands before you eat something.Very appetizing..oh...so appetizing that im about to puke.....

    Do you mean they use their hands to wipe the pee and poo off of their undersides? Because if they just use the normal regular TP then I don't see anything wrong with their alleged deeds.

    I would not know what to do. I have never dealt with this problem and hope never will. Maybe get them to do something like prepare a food, like cut up something ( which you obviously aren't going to eat) and reprimand them for no washing their hands first, if they haven't done so
