Is it normal or abnormal to enjoy & savor the smell of your own farts?

when it happens in real life, of course!
but when someone talks about it like this it sounds gross haha

I sometimes like the smell of my own farts. I guess its like tasting your own saliva, you dont mind tasting your own, but if you think about tasting eg. your brother's saliva, you feel disgusted.

i love the smell of my farts...but its more enjoyable when i have friends round and rip out a big smelly beast :D

well animals sign their territory with their shit. if humans used to be some primative animal, did also sign their teritory the same way. Because of that I think there is a deeper relationship between person and his fart. we were meant to like the way it was, because b instict we wished everywhere to smell like our shit. this is my evolutinary theory that explains why we usualy like the way our own farts smell...

I used to enjoy smelling my farts, but I voted abnormal because a few years ago, I was in a bad way. I discovered that through some unexplained mystery of medical science, my farts had hallucinogenic properties. Once I discovered that, my life became all about chasing the next high. I was eating nothing but beans so I'd fart more. I eventually starting sticking a plastic tube in my butthole so I could send the fart directly to my nose. At my lowest point, I didn't even leave the house, I'd sit around waiting for my tummy to start rumbling, filling up with that precious gas.

I lost my friends over this. None of them would believe that my farts were like drugs. I kept trying to convince them, I even started storing my farts in jars so when they came around, I'd have a special fart set aside for them.

Eventually, my family became worried. I think it was because I lost my job and started selling my body for beans. They got me into rehab and now I'm clean, from my nose to my colon :)

It's like after you take a shit, you like to see the damage you've done before flushing it away. Farting. You like to smell the damage you've done before walking it away and having someone else smell it.

I don't think I have ever enjoyed the smell of my farts.

Today at pick n' save, i was grabbing a calypso. I saw this women that looked to be about 30 years old with her daughter. I felt my stomach rumble and dropped my guts through the entire isle. I ran to the opposite end and poked my head out the other side. The look on the older women's face was priceless, but her daughter puking in the isle was just as funny. i shouted, "Clean up on isle 12!" and dyed of laughter. Ran back in to get a whiff, smiled with satisfaction, then ran away.

Sometimes they smell interesting, but that's the best that can be said of them. I do like the sounds though, they make me laugh every. single. time.
