Is it normal random puncture wound

So I was laying in bed with my laptop on my chest, and when I moved my laptop I realized I had a huge pool of blood under it. I took my shirt off and I had a deep circular puncture wound at the crease of my pec and my torso that was actively pouring out blood.

It didn't hurt at all, stung when I touched it but feels completely fine otherwards. the area had been sore and swollen for about 4 months, (felt like a big sore pimple) I assumed I just pulled something in my chest from lifting weights and ignored it. Now I have this deep gaping hole in my chest.

I can't afford doctors visits unless I'm sure it's something serious. I've had big under the skin pimples that would last for months then bust open hollow before incentives on my armpit, but it never bled like this.

It looks like someone stabbed me with a thick straw. I take roids but not serious ones, and I don't inject it into my chest like where the wound was.

Tl;dr - large swollen thing on my man tit that felt like a huge pimple bursted and ripped a hole in my skin
