Is it normal random twitching?

At any time during the day, I could make a very-conspicuous, involuntary twitch. Generally, it involves turning my neck, snapping my finger and/or making a "click" noise with my mouth, although this pattern may very from time to time. For example, I may not always twist my neck or "click" during one twitch, but I usually would. It's not as noticable as it seems, but people HAVE picked up on it, they usually make a comment like "What the FUCK was that??" It comes up on me like a sneeze, I feel it in my brain, then I twitch.

Is this any way normal?

    Same here. Doc said it's not Tourette's. Hopefully by the time we're old they'll have more research done..

    I've only recently started twitching bad - all random neck jerks and twists - that I do feel coming like I would a sneeze. I know little about Tourettes, though.

    Idk i do that crap too, haha my freinds call it my terettes but i really dont know or want to have that. My arms usually move when it happens though or my head gets cocked to the side, And when people see it they say what the fuck was that also hahah i think somtimes its cold shivers, but when im not cold ill involentarily do it still.

      It's not Tourettes.... nowadays, people think that a simple tic is a disorder.

    It used to happen to mr it is for sure tourettes/tic disorder. If you go to the doc you can get medication to help stop the ticd
