Is it normal/ safe to eat 800 cal a day?

I eat around 750-800 calories a day because i’m not really hungry after that but everyone says i should eat more. i feel fine and energized all the time, so maybe it’s okay? i’m 6’ and 170 lbs and i have lost a lot of weight recently but it’s stopped (which i’m fine with) and i feel like if i eat more that what i’m eating i will gain weight again. i’m highly active i do crossfit

I ate that much last year for a bit and I lost weight but everyone told me it was a bad idea. I was fine at the time but I needed to lose weight and I’m kind of a yo-yo dieter which is bad. Don’t be like me. If you’re 6’ y’all you’re at your ideal weight and 2000 calories a day is good as an average. Is you’re feeling fine and strong and stuff though do not fret. Everyone is different.

1200 of the RIGHT calories are suggested for a normal sedentary adult. More of course if yoi are on an exercise program. Avoid junk food and limit sugar and anything made with flour as a guide. For meat est mostly chicken with the skin off and fresh caught fish. Lots of veggies like kale, brocolI, cauliflower and some carrots. You will be healthy and well for a long time.

If you aren't hungry then you don't need to eat
