Is it normal, stress mixed with smoking
i know it is normal to feel stress or anger and when people push your buttons you have limits to what you can handle, i was a smoker of 7yrs and the past 2yrs i have been clean and started to train in the gym every day but i still get the cravings when stressed or the anger like i mentioned before.
i have given in and have the taste for the smokes when under pressure, however i can not smoke for 3days straight and not be bothered at all now this post is more support based rather is it normal.
is there any other way to deal with stress?
