Is it normal that.. i sometimes play with my belly button?

I've noticed that sometimes I will kind of play with/ lightly touch my belly button when my shirt is riding up. Its not something Im aware Im doing until someone is like "wtf u doin' that for?" I dont really get any pleasure from it.. it just happens. Is that normal?

    I can't stand to have my belly button touched, it makes me have to pee for some reason. (that sounds strange now that i look at it in print lolz)
